Google Adsense

Cash Crate and Namepros already earn me a good size of money and I’malready making  a good profit using those two systems alone. I have todo more however if I want to make it to $6000 per month in just a yearfrom now on which is why I decided to create this blog as well andmonetize it accordingly.
I decided to add Google Adsense to my blog for several reasons. Thefirst is that I just have to add the code and can see how much I earnin realtime on the Google Adsense site. I do not have to wade throughthousands of affiliate programs for instance to find the right one forme (I will do that later on).
A lot of websites have articles on how to tweak Google Adsense tomake the most out of it and I thought it would be nice to recap all theinformation here at my blog as well so that you can use them in yourwebsite as well. So, here we go, my top Adsense tips:

• Use one or two ad units per page. I use one and think that this isthe way to go. More ad units does not mean that you will earn moremoney from Adsense. I could go into detail here but it would take tolong to explain in this article. If you are interested reply with acomment and I let you know. More ad units make the website lessattractive for visitors as well.
• Blend the ads. Use the same background and border color that yourwebsite uses. Choose the same link color and use the color of the textfor the url and text in Adsense.
• Use the large rectangle or the medium rectangle only. Place them in your content. Take a look at my site for an example.
• Don’t do anything stupid that will get you banned. This includesclicking on your own ads, asking others to click on them, using proxiesto click on them, placing them next to images, placing them so that thevisitor has to click aso.
• Use Channels. I can’t stress that enough. Channels are used toanalyze Adsense performance on certain pages. Lets say you got twowebsites and don’t use channels. This would mean that you do not knowwhich website is performing well, which is not or if both perform onthe same level. Channels would tell you exactly how much you would makewith website A and how much website B would bring in.
• You need enough content on your pages to place Adsense there. Ithink two or three paragraphs are fine, a little bit more is better.
